Collecting and using your information
OnTalento main aim is to provide our recruitment services to you and to facilitate the recruitment process. To fulfil our legal and business obligations, we collect Personal Data such as name, address, company details, telephone numbers, email address and, if you are a candidate, information you supply to us on your CV. The provision of your Personal Data is required for us to assess your suitability, qualifications and skills, not only for current work assignments/vacancies but also for assignments/vacancies which we think may be of interest to you in the future. Failure to provide this necessary data may prohibit OnTalento Limited from providing the requested service.
If we are successful in placing you with our clients, we shall also request and hold copies of documentation showing your legal right to work in the UK, proof of address, references and for contract assignments copies of the certificate of incorporation/VAT certificate and proof of insurance.
We may also record any relevant information gathered during telephone calls or email correspondence.
